OUR RESPONSIBILTY TO YOUR BOOKING
1. Once a booking has been confirmed by us with the Tour Operator on your behalf, you will be contacted for payment, by the relevant Tour Operator.

2. Your final booking is made direct with the property owner/operator and any contractual relationship arises entirely between the two parties and you will be governed by their booking conditions for this season. Please see the back of their brochure/website for details . As agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the arrangements. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. You should ensure that you are satisfied with all of the holiday arrangements prior to making a booking with the operator/owner. We accept no responsibility for any information about the arrangements that we pass on to you in good faith.

3. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any services or arrangements you purchase or for the acts or omissions of any provider(s) of arrangements or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with any arrangements. For all bookings, your contract will be with the provider of the arrangements . The terms and conditions of the provider(s) of your confirmed arrangements will apply to your booking. These terms and conditions may limit and/or exclude the provider's liability to you.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
1. Celerity Snow & Sea Ltd accept no liability whatsoever for the accuracy of the information sent to you for properties. As we sell holiday arrangements on behalf of the providers concerned, all property descriptions are provided by them. The provider will change their property descriptions from time to time and we strive to keep our site updated using the latest description. This, however, cannot be guaranteed and regrettably errors do occasionally occur.

2. Any images used in our advertising and information sent to you have been provided by the provider and should be used for illustrative purposes only; we strive to keep the images as up to date as possible, but they may not be an exact representation of the accommodation due to recent refurbishments or re-designs

3. Because we only use the information provided by the provider, we have no responsibility for the accuracy of this information or errors in any documentation, except where those errors were made by ourselves. Property descriptions can be updated at any time - you must therefore check all details of your arrangements with us prior to booking.

FINANCIAL PROTECTION
1.You should ensure that you are satisfied with the security of any transaction made with the property owner/operator, and that adequate insurance is in place to protect any monies and/or the holiday itself.

LAW AND JURIDSTICTION
1.These terms of business are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you can bring proceedings in your local court under Scottish or Northern Irish law, as applicable).
